| Dear all,
I'm benchmarking a lot of web sites at the moment for my
master thesis,(Internet performance for consultancies). One
of the items is a check on,the hyperlinks. I've made a
distiction between
a. hyperlinks referring to a page within the web site
to which that page, belongs (navigational or context)
b. outbound links
As far as I understood your well written program, the
functioning of the,"internal" hyperlinks is reported in the
hts-log.txt file. I thought the outbound links could be
checked with the option "Test, links in pages (bookmark
test)"; But if I enter a page full of outbound hyperlinks,
such as
<http://www.cea.nl/links/relenergie.html>
the loginfo file then reads:

I already checked the box "Test validity of all links (even
external
ones) on the Option-Links tag. In addition I chose the "Go
everywhere on the web" option from the Global Travel mode
listbox on the Experts Only tag. In vain, apparently and
unfortunately.
Apparently, I make a mistake somewhere down the line, yet I
can't fugure out where, why and what. Could you help me out
please? In addition, I wonder whether it might be possible to check
all outbound links of a Web site in one go. If possible,
could you tell me how?
kind regards
