| | I use WinHTTrack 3.20RC5B which has a nice feature of
limiting the maximum bandwidth the software holds when
downloading. The problem is that it is not working! I use a
limit of say 2000 b/s but i see speeds of full bandwidth
(5KB/s) in the progress windows when downloading. Is this
can be corrected? | |
