It is interesting problem, because if I open a tmp files with Notepad++, and I
copy the full content to a new file in Notepad (withouth "NULNULNUL"
characters), and save it as html file , it is all right html file, I can open
it FF or IE or Chrome (and I see normal content). 
While the Httrack processed, I saw the properies of the download-directory,
and I saw 18.000 directory with 18.000 files (index files). 
After processing I saw 18.000 directory with 3000 files.
In the log file I see nothing about this directories.
But I don't give up, I'll try again.
