I'm trying to grab all of <http://abstracthairdressers.com> and having some
problems.

Basically httrack seems to grab the default index page OK, but not any
others...?  Its a tiny site and this is for a friend who has an office live
account that will close/shutdown on April 30th. I am trying to capture the
site so I can migrate it to a "proper" host.
