A second intermediate release is available for testing purpose:

Among with foreign characters in filenames (UTF-8, or other charsets) support,
some fixes were committed, regarding "previous cache file not found" and
"range not satisfiable" errors.

Please report any regressions and bugs that may have been introduced,
especially on sites with special filenames!
