I've tried reading through forums, but can't seem to find a solution. I need to

You do need a username and pw, and I have given this while adding the URL.

I've seen people talk about: "msie", what is this? and how do I manage to
download this website? it has the contents of a course, like pdfs, and flash
animations, and I need these to study them offline.
