Are you running httrack on Windows or Linux?  I'm on Linux so I may not be
able to help you but ... what are the steps you're using when invoking
httrack?  Do you have an example (please edit out any sensitive data) which
shows how you're invoking httrack?
Given the page you're attempting to mirror is hosted elsewhere, you could try
to include it as part of the mirror set.  Via the command line, you'd do
something like the following:

   '+webpage.example.com/blog'
