Hi, I have a question about the limit settings: 

If I set the Max transfer rate to 25000 B/s, and Max connection/sec to 5, does
that mean each connection can mirror the site at 25000 B/s(so the total speed
is 125000 B/s?), or the total 5 connections can mirror the site at 25000B/s?
