I have noticed if I use WinHTTrack to only download a single URL it will
include a meta refresh to the start page of the site in the index.html file,
this is nice because I don't care to see a list of sites available when there
is only 1 available. However, when I use the commandline version of httrack
this meta refresh tag is not included, is it possible to include the meta
refresh when using the command line version?
