The source site has a file bollards.jpg
While the HTTrack is running I can see a file bollards.jpg.tmp
When HTTrack completes there is no bollards.jpg.tmp file or bollards.jpg 

Maybe I didn't describe it correctly.
How can I get the bollards.jpg file from the source site?  Clearly HTTrack
knows about the JPG file since in creates a .TMP file with the same name in
the correct directory yet when it completes the file is missing.
