1) Always post the command line used (or log file line two) so we know what
the site is, what settings you used, etc.

2) Always post anything useful in the log file.
GOOD.

3) Drop those assumes. That is only for broken sites.
4) If you want everything use the near flag (get non-html files related) and
drop those png/gif .. js filters.
5) When I click on <https://jti.grouptree.com/> in firefox I get an error page
"Untrusted Connection" Use http (no S)
6) Some site don't like an httrack broswer ID. I only run using msie6
7) I only run with timeout=60 retry=9 to avoid transient errors.
