In fact, "update" or "download web sites" are identical 
options ; the only difference is that "update" will not 
bother you, asking questions like "hey, I found a cache, 
shall I use it to update the mirror?" - but anyway the GUI 
is hiding everything, and the two options are almost 
identical.
