The necessary patch is too lage to put it here - 
because among with the 2F problem, there are some 
other ones (files with encoded special characters like 
#05)
I will compile a new 3.02 soon, with the patch, but I 
have to do some tests, because the patch itself 
concern some low level routines, and the consequences 
on other parts can be important
