You took exception to my answer, but your original question was about blocking
the SW, which is what I answered.
Now you're talking about takedown notices and lawyers, which has nothing to do
with the SW.

There is nothing this SW can do to limit what they do with their download
files, any more than a hammer company can do to prevent them from using a
hammer to murder, break in, etc., or MicroSoft can do if someone uses a
Windows machine as a bomb trigger. Don't blame the tool.
