Further info on this issue:
- i tried applying different sounds to the HTTrack events and this DID work.
- when i set the sound back to (None), HTTrack once again played it's own loud
sound!  thus, it seems to ignore the (None) setting somehow.
- my workaround solution to the issue is to set a very quiet sound, or even
make a simple silent.wav file to use.
