2) Always post the URLs you're not getting and from what URL.
3) Always post anything USEFUL from the log file.

All the instructions (HTTrack Help: Authentication
<http://httrack.kauler.com/help/Authentication> ) assume the site sends cookies
back when you press the button. What is on the log in page is irrelevant.
Did you get the capture message (#1)? Did you filter out the log-out url (if
any?)
