Yes, I changed the browser to listen on port 8080, filled in the form, then
pressed submit.  I also tried the following settings:

no robot.txt rules
identify as Mozilla/5.001 (windows; U; NT4.0; en-us) Gecko/25250101
Global travel mode: stay on same top level domain
make an extended log
unchecked update hack (not sure why, probably shouldn't have)
tolerant requests (for servers)
force old HTTP 1.0 requests
Get HTML Files first
scan rules: +*[name].us.f204.mail.yahoo.com/ym//*

I haven't tried all permutations of the above but I've made about 20 attempts
all told so far.  My log file looks like this:
