5) I always run with No External Pages so I know where the mirror ends. I
always run with broswer ID=msie6 as some sites don't like a HTT one. I always
run with Attempt to detect all links.

Stop blaming others for your mistakes. The First thing you should do is assume
that you did something wrong. Then if you can't figure it out, ask a question.
The Last thing is to blame the SW. You are out of wack.
