| I emailed this to Xavier, but am posting here as well:
I have what I believe to be a bug in RC7. Using WinHTTrack
I created a project that imports a URL list from a file.
Using WinHTTrack, the site rips perfectly as expected.
However, running httrack on the command line from the
project directory always yields the following error
(contents of the hts-log.txt file):
HTTrack3.20RC7 launched on Thu, 08 Aug 2002 14:13:42 at -
*.asp* -*/amdhome/OV_omegaoverview.htm -
*/ExecutiveServices/Procedures.htm -*/144Stock/*
(httrack -qwC2t%P0s0b0u1j0%B%s -N rippedsite/%h%p/%n%q.%t -
I0%I0p7BaK0R6H0f2#f -F "Mozilla/4.5 (compatible; HTTrack
3.0x; Windows 98)" -%F "" -%l "en, *" -%
L "D:\WebDocs\PAGDocs\Utils\spider.txt" -
O "D:\MyWebSites\PAG","D:\MyWebSites\PAG" -*.asp* -

*/ExecutiveServices/Procedures.htm -*/144Stock/* -%A

list: "D:\WebDocs\PAGDocs\Utils\spider.txt"

transfered during this session! : restoring previous one!
The file D:\WebDocs\PAGDocs\Utils\spider.txt absolutely
exists and is full of links, and works fine in WinHTTrack.
I cannot get the command line to update this site at all
using the stored project. I'm using NT 4 SP6A, in case that
matters.
If I copy and paste the parameters on the command line, it
works. Any ideas or workarounds? Is it a bug or am I doing
something wrong?
Thanks,
