About the second worst bug, it even still tries to dowload when i have wiped
the whole directory (except the folder containing the site) and go to restart.
Therefore the checkbox still does not work.

i am still wondering what is causing it to choose to scan these external
sites, and why it hasnt been fixed.

and by the way they should keep up with the times and add +*.pdf and +*.djvu

if the files exceed the maximum file size, the program should compile a
download list, which can be selected from when the user wants to update
(perhaps an option to only download from the larger files).
