You can't download files in a directory unless there are active links pointing
towards those files. As the index page of that directory has no direct links
to these PDF's you won't be able to do what you are asking as HTTrack has no
idea they are there.

This is a security feature built into most, if not all, servers and without it
we would have insurmountable security issues.
