I have tried the following parameters:

-N "web/%t/%n.%t" -%q0

And it it is almost the result I'm finding.

Now the folder structure is:

web/css
web/png
web/gif
web/html
.....

And the file name creatin has EXTENSION/NAME.EXTENSION

Of course, the html also is included in a html folder, and I wanted the same
but keep the html outside web/index.html (for example)
