Not a great title to the thread but here goes...

I downloaded a website from this site:

but it downloaded not only the files in these pages but also files outside
this directory, downloading just over 60,000 files. Of those 60,000+ files I
need around 49,000 files.

So I need to re-index the downloaded files I have (after cleaning them up by
removing links that I don't want followed using the program Advanced Find and
Replace 7) on my hard drive to find the files I need to get rid of. 

Does HTTrack do this? If not WHY not? as this would be a valuable option to
have.
