I know there are MIME settings to enable WinHttrack to 
identify file-types more quickly, but is there any way to
use this feature with message board entries?  

I mean you have something like: 

cgi-bin/wwwthreads/showpost.pl?Board=mameworldarcadepcjamma&Number=2024&page=2&view=collapsed&mode=threaded&sb=7

How can you possibly attribute a MIME type to that??
I'm approaching 24 hours on this download and I haven't even
scanned through 1/4 of the links available.  Is there any way 
to force WinHTTrack to *not* test the links?
I see there is a 'test validity of all links' option
available which I currently have unchecked on this download.

cgi and asp file-types are currently set for text/html.
