I rerun the command several times where httrack asks to update to mirror, I
answered yes. Now I have also run it with the parameter --update added. In
both situations I don't get the .zip file. 

If it was my Internet or DNS connection I would expect random errors (every
time I run command I would get different results, where the desired .zip file
should be downloaded one time and not the other time), not systematic errors.
