What's going on with the release notes? While patiently waiting for a new
version which works properly (it still doesn't) I've seen versions
3.47-16/17/18 appear, with a description in the release notes which don't seem
to describe changes in each version, or even mention the latest version at the
moment. Release dates in the notes would also be helpful. What happened to
versions between 3.46.1 & 3.47-17?
