Subject: Choose best quality link before downloading

Hi,

I want to copy a website that offers several pictures and videos in different
qualities.

I do not want to download the 720p version of one video if there is a 1080p
available, also if there is a "highq" picture archive I do not need the "lowq"
and "mediumq".

The thing is, as the content gets older and older the quality on the site
drops. Content from let's say 2005 doesn't have any 1080p videos. But there
are also some clips from 2013 that are just 720p.

So is there any way to create a rule based priority on download links from one
site? Like grouping the words: 1080p 720p 480p 320p and give them the
appropriate order?
Any other suggestions?
bye
Darky
