I have a problem installing WinHTTrack on my system 
(win98SE). I get the following warning message:

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing 
file: DeleteFile failed; code 5.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not 
recommended), or Abort to cancel installation.

What is causing this error and will it harm my system if I 
decide to skip the file?
