Err, you can't directly unless you use the library version 
(and code some C wrappers).

But you can filter (exclude) duplicate files, for example 
using something like:
-ccool.ccim.org/htdocs/Ccool.nsf/0/*

You can also use structure options NOT to rewrite links in 
relative mode (see options)
