Once I have downloaded the homepage with for example ten links to subpages, how
should I proceed if I want to manage incremental download and incremental
update:

1. download only some of the subpages, i.e. subpages/subdirectories PRODUCTS
and NEWS

2. update the download of subpages later - download only those pages within
PRODUCTS or NEWS which were added in the menatime.
