First, in the Web Address URL, I gave the path as 
D:/whatever.....

But it din't do, coz I guess its need some "http://" thing. 
So I installed a server (linux) on my local pc. There are 
lot of softwares out there. (FYI - I used phpdev)

Then I gave the web address as 
<http://localhost/whatever>....

and it is working. Thanks a lot. You are a star. I owe you 
one big time.
