I use HTTrack3.47-27 for copying a website. 

There are many zip-File to download but every file is broken. 

09:51:12 Warning:  file not stored in cache due to bogus state (broken size,
expected 21871774 got 524925):

10:01:24 Error:  "Incorrect length (1705247 Bytes, 21871774 expected)" (-4)
after 3 retries at link 

The "bogus state" seemed to be an issus since beginning of 2013. When will it
be fixed?
