| If you use the Firefox browser the add on "Downthemall" might be a better
solution. Using a search engine you should be able to find the add on easily.
In the screenshot below the example batch descriptor is circled in the color
green. The 'Download:', that is also circled in green, is where the batch URL
would be entered.

Note in the URL example you gave in the post I would try the URL without the
%20 being in the URL and just leave one blank space instead. Leaving the %20
part in the URL may work but you can try it with and without the %20 being in
there. If you do try the URL without the %20 being in there, make sure you
leave ONE blank space in its place.
In Downthemall that blue circle, with a white cross in it, in the upper left
corner of the screenshot is what you would click to have the 'Add Downloads'
box open up.
In the Downthemall 'Preferences' under the 'Network' tab is an option to set
'Concurrent Downloads'. I would set this to 1.
And under the 'Advanced' tab, under the 'Advanced download control', set the
'Max Number of Segments Per Download' to 1.
Playing around with the 'batch' part of your URL you should be able to get it
to work.
