Make sure you are using httrack-3.47.24, not a newer version. You might have
to get it in the archive.

To clarify for others, I removed the chunk of code from later in the file
(search for static char *strndup to find it) and pasted Gabriele Falcioni's
version at the very top, ABOVE #ifdef _WIN32.

Note that on the first part is supposed to be one line, so no carriage return
before &&
