No, the release dates are a bit hard to find. The first release was in May
1998, but only as binaries.

You may however check out the changelog
(https://code.google.com/p/httrack/source/browse/trunk/debian/changelog) from
the Debian releases to track releases since 3.22-1 (initial Debian release)
