Hi Folks,

This was the solution that worked for me. 

Using: Windows 7 with WinHTTrack Website Copier 3.47-20.

Process

1) Start -> All Programs -> WinHTTrack
2) Right click on "WinHTTrack Website Copier" to get Properties
3) Update the Properties "Target" field to read:

"C:\Program Files\WinHTTrack\WinHTTrack.exe" --disable-security-limits

4) Start the app, start the project, set web site, For the Preferences and
mirror options "Set Options", follow the settings as per:

<http://www.httrack.com/html/step9_opt2.html>

in particular, set the "Max transfer rate" to 2000000
