Subject: updating mirror new/changed options not followed

using httrack 3.48-3 if I change the options of the httrack-command, e. g.
adding some excludes or emoving the near-flag, and do an -iC2 update run, the
changes are not followed. earlier versions of httrack followed the changed
options...bug or feature?
