Since Version 3.31 it is fixed:

+ Fixed: .HTM files not renamed into .html anymore

In my case this causes dublicated content, e.G. <pagename>.htm and
<pagename>.html

Is there any possibility to configure that httrack regrads these pages as the
same and make only one copy?
