Unfortunately there is little we can do to help you. HTTrack is only a tool,
and unfortunately some people abuse it, and use it for non-legit purpose (such
as this case, apparently). We are not responsible - nor condone - bad behavior
from (a minority, fortunately) of users.

I would advise you to contact the offending site's owner and/or Internet
service provider directly.
