The problem is a bug in httrack, which prevent you from 
downloading empty urls with query strings:
a href="?choix=DEV"

will generate the /?choix=DEV url, instead of the (correct) 
liste_contenu.php3?choix=DEV one.

I'll fix that in the next release!
