By default it limits your mirror to 100,000 links. You'll have to manually set
it higher.

Mirror -> Modify Options -> Limits -> Maximum Number of Links

If left blank, it defaults to 100,000. You can use the dropbox to set it to
500,000, 1 million, 5 million or even 10 million. You could also just input
your own number.
