Subject: Update mirrored site files to point to URL

I downloaded my site to back it up and change hosting service. The downloaded
files now have the URL of the original site embedded in all the links. I want
to copy this to a new hosting service and remove the embedded URL so it works
as it did originally. How do I do this?
