It is a great product, but it could do better.  I will show
some cases that this product will NOT WORK.

Here's my 2 cents:  For form based authen, it uses cookies
file and proxie capture.  However, a good site only have
cookies for session (in memory, so no file can be copied),
and proxy case, the website prevent login twice with a same
session (planted before login).  Thirdly, sometimes, you
login (using form based), then browse to some link before
you want to start download from there.  These 3 cases WON'T
work.  So I suggest this product to provide some browsing
support, and user will just browse, login, and start to
indicate a link as his/her target of download.  Yes, provide
a webbrowser in side this product so you don't have to
delegate into the 3rd party browser or some proxy which does
not work that well.
