2-nd problem:
When 'Link Detect' windows is appear why downloading process stops (or is
paused)?! - in this time if user have some other job to do and he didn't see
that window, precious time is waste, because in the background in the middle
time big file can be already in process, so there is no point its downloading
to be paused.
