Mirror 
I have seen this same error in these forums but the fix was for me
indescribable.
Can someone please make this fix easy to understand please
 as I am new to trying to copy a website

The Website does exists  but have no idea what it means check your proxy
settings! <=

I know what proxy settings are but don't know what the message means but the
website definitely exists
