According to a list of bug fixes, this was fixed. It's not. I'm unable to turn
off IPv6, as my setup relies on it too much. When I try to Catch the URL to
save a website that requires a login, the proxy address is IPv6 and doesn't
save if I try to use it. I've tried so many things, and nothing is working.

PLEASE tell me what I need to do to fix this.
