I am referring back to the "keep absolute links for host" thread between you
and Brent Palmer in 2012.  You added the option for us of transparent proxy in
the 3.4x release.  However, in testing out the latest release for upgrade I
noticed that under the experts only tab the option of transparent proxy in
rewrite links is no longer available.  Does one of the options take the place
of this or do we need to go back and put it back in as a plug-in?
