I've had a web designer, take 3 of my customers recently, three different
websites, he approaches them, takes domain control via nominet, changes the
nameservers, then uses this software to illegally leech files from my server
and put a static html version online. Which according to my solicitor is
illegal as I own the files on the server and the customer the intellectual
property. He even took my name off the sites!!
