The fact Timeout/s and retries don't work if I believe based on source, its got
challenge response.

My initial thought was all I had to do was tell httrack to wait a few minutes
and/or keep retrying till *after* the redirection, since that's only 5
seconds.

however with no challenge response back, it will always fail.
