I am trying to use CaptureURL. I cannot set the proxy address:port in Win7
(fresh install, no viruses). It reverts to Automatically Detect. I am using
Control Panel>Internet Options>Connections>LAN Settings. Also, I set the
registry keys with regedit, but no way, it goes back to Automatically detect.
I tested on another machine with Win10, same thing. I am frustrated. It always
goes back to Automatically detect. What should I do?
